We have a around 10 players taking part in a charity and club fundraiser and they got together and decided to try the 3 Peaks Challenge where you have to scale each of the highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales all in 24 Hours.

BBC Tees Mention with Ronnie Ward
On of the main players behind the 3 Peaks Challenge Charity Fundraiser went on to BBC Tees and discussed the Darlington Steam and the Challenge a few players are taking on. It was a great interview and Ronnie Ward did a great job. Hopefully we can get some more coverage and it will help promote the causes we are helping raise funds for.
Raffle and Donations
We have been given a bunch of items by companies for a raffle and we will be selling tickets very soon and announcing the gifts at the same time. We will be drawing the raffle winners on each of the peaks to add a bit of a difference to the draw.
